Restoring Dignity.
Rebuilding Lives.
Reclaiming Futures.

We identify, protect, and stand beside Nigeria's most overlooked and vulnerable people — abandoned seniors, out-of-school children, and those wrongfully held in the justice system — so that age, poverty, or a broken process is never the reason a life is left behind.

Why we exist

Our purpose is not merely to provide charity, but to rebuild human infrastructure — ensuring that vulnerable Nigerians are not left behind because of age, poverty, or failures of the justice system. Every programme we build is guided by dignity, evidence, and community ownership, not emotion alone.

Who we serve

Three groups Nigeria too often overlooks

Priority group

Senior citizens

Vulnerable, abandoned, and critically ill people aged 60 and above, in need of care, medical support, and a life of dignity in their later years.

Priority group

Out-of-school children

Children shut out of formal or non-formal education, for whom a classroom seat can be the difference between a repeated cycle and a different future.

Priority group

Wrongfully imprisoned persons

People who have lost years of their lives to injustice, and need legal advocacy, reintegration support, and a genuine second chance.

Help us break the silences.

Individuals, families, corporate organisations, diaspora communities, religious bodies, and philanthropists all have a role to play — through funding, professional expertise, advocacy, or time.

About the Foundation

Who we are

Fatuyi Philips Foundation exists to identify, protect, and transform the lives of Nigeria's most overlooked and vulnerable populations — anchored in dignity, evidence, and sustainable, community-owned solutions.

Our mission

To restore dignity and create genuine second chances for senior citizens, out-of-school children, and wrongfully imprisoned persons across Nigeria, through evidence-based, community-rooted intervention.

Our vision

To build a just, compassionate, and inclusive Nigeria where every person — regardless of age, circumstance, or social condition — can live with dignity, access opportunity, receive protection, and reclaim a meaningful future.

What guides us

Our guiding principles

01

Human dignity is non-negotiable

Every person we serve is treated as a whole human being, not a case file.

02

Evidence over emotion

Interventions are designed around evidence, not emotional charity alone.

03

Local ownership

Communities participate in and own the solutions built for them.

04

Transparency & measurable impact

We report honestly, and only claim what we can verify.

05

Collaboration

We work with government, traditional institutions, the private sector, and NGOs.

06

Sustainable models

We build toward reduced long-term dependency, not repeat hand-outs.

A message from the Founder

For over two decades, my work has taken me through boardrooms, supply chains, and business communities across Nigeria. Along the way, I encountered something harder to ignore than any balance sheet: the number of people our systems quietly leave behind — an elderly man with no one to care for him, a child who has never sat in a classroom, a young person still paying for a trial that never happened.

Fatuyi Philips Foundation exists because of them.

We are not here to hand out charity and move on. We are here to restore dignity, rebuild what has been broken, and give people a genuine second chance — through care for our seniors, education for our children, and justice for those wrongfully held. Every pillar of our work is built on evidence, community partnership, and a simple belief: that no Nigerian should be forgotten because of their age, their poverty, or a failure of the justice system.

I invite you to stand with us — not because it is easy, but because it is necessary.
